The T7 High Yield RNA Synthesis Kit (NTP Divide) optimizes the transcription reaction system. T7 RNA Polymerase uses a linear double-stranded DNA sequence containing a T7 promoter as a template and NTPs as substrates to transcribe the downstream DNA sequence, enabling rapid production of large quantities of RNA.
This kit can be used to synthesize unlabeled RNA. Inputting 0.1–1 μg of template typically yields 150–200 μg of RNA. The transcribed RNA is suitable for downstream applications such as RNA structure/function studies, RNase protection assays, probe hybridization, RNAi, microinjection, and in vitro translation.
