BecuNGS® Universal End Preparation Module for Illumina is a next-generation universal ligation module developed by BIOligo for the Illumina high-throughput sequencing platform. This module efficiently ligates adapters with dT overhangs to the repaired products containing a 5' phosphate group and a 3' dA overhang using the TA ligation method. The ligation module exhibits high ligation efficiency for samples fragmented and repaired by various methods, with strict quality control standards, ensuring excellent stability and reproducibility of experimental results. The module adopts a single-tube library preparation approach, allowing fragmented DNA treated with BIOligo's BecuNGS® Universal End Preparation Module for Illumina to proceed directly to adapter ligation without purification. The reaction process is convenient and rapid, compatible with automated library preparation devices, and can be applied in various scenarios.
